It is a detached property, which is surrounded by a parcel of 10 ha. with meadow and forest and free view up to the mountains. The renovated house (80 m) lies on the 1st floor and has a balcony. You have access to comfortable furniture. There is an outdoor pool at Furtwangen, an indoor tennis and soccer centre, one ski-lift and several at a distance of 10 till 15 km, and over 50 km cross-country ski-tracks. One of the latter goes past the house.
