It is a detached non-smoking detached house with 2 units Bauhaus style on a 1000 sqm plot. Parking is available. The house is designed for up to 4 people.
You have a clear view of the Baltic Sea and in the south of the unobstructable landscape in the form of fields and the cliffs.
The unit is very close to the water.
Particularly good are the guests here who are looking for peace and relaxation.

In the guest house to be rented – it is about 65 square meters large – there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (no bunk beds), a fully equipped separate kitchen with wreckage to the outside and direct access to the terrace, a friendly separate living / dining area – also with direct access to the terrace – as well as a comfortable shower room.
Room-high window elements let a lot of light into the house and allow a wonderful wide view to the south (steep coast / landscape conservation area).
The guest house is fully equipped and is constantly being renovated.
Only the personal laundry such as sheets / towels, etc. are not provided. These can be rented for a fee.
If required, a washing machine is available for a fee.
Overall, the guest area has 4 terraces, all equipped with appropriate Möbilar.
In the garden house are 2 bicycles, a barbecue, div. Toys etc. available.(The bicycles are not part of the lease). Through the images stored in the gallery you can make yourself a picture and see if the object corresponds to your personal ideas.
Our rental prices are in the pre – and post season including the additional costs. Final cleaning 60,00 €. The tourist tax is to be paid locally.
