Property Description
We rent our cozy apartment in Koenigssee with sunny southwest-facing balcony and views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is lovingly and individually decorated and was last redesigned, 2015. We have preserved the typical regional character with rustic corner bench and rustic wooden furniture and complemented by modern elements.
The house is very quiet at the foot of the green stone. Hiking and skiing start just outside the door and the Koenigssee, the Jenner or the greenstone-ferrata are just 2 km away.
Sheets and towels are provided, the beds are covered with arrival.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with two hot plates. The living room has satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo. Free Wireless Internet is available.
In the basement there are a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a storage room for hiking and ski equipment. A separate, signposted car park is directly in front of the house.
We regularly spend even days off in our apartment in Koenigssee, live otherwise but in Munich. If we can personally take receipt of our guests sometimes not, regulates our manager on site the keys is for advice and questions always available.
Despite its quiet location all important errands in the vicinity can be done:

Edeka Schönau: 1 km walk, by car a little longer, more shops in Berchtesgaden (4 km)
