The house was built in 1935 as a pure summer house and has been family-owned for generations. Enlargement in 1956 and total reconstruction and modernization in 1985. As a holiday home for guests newly furnished since 2006.
We always touch the history of this house, which is closely connected with our family. As a summer house with strangers in the 30s of the last century, the ancestors inhabited it as “summer freshness”. After refuge and expulsion from the neighboring Sudetenland at the end of the war, the family found shelter in the “Waldklause”. The grandmother lived there until her death in the 80s. Then the house passed to our generation. We renovated and modernized from the ground up and used it as far as the great distance allowed – in many holiday stays with our growing children at any time of the year.
A part of the house was inhabited by Untermietern. From 2006 we built the apartment “Fernsicht” in the upper floor to the apartment and managed the rental since then very successfully over fewo-direkt.
Since we ourselves were retired and wanted to meet many other destinations, we decided to offer the lower apartment as a holiday apartment. We have the furnishing here largely in our personal home style.
Meanwhile, many of our guests love it, too
ALL HOUSE to spend family holidays in 3 generations or in groups of friends there. The quiet solitude of the house gives absolute privacy in a beautiful environment.
