Our 83 sqm sized familyfriendly holiday flat is situated above the officially recognised climatic spa Schonach in the middle of the Black Forest in an altitude of about 1000 m a.s.l. It is the ideal starting-point for active holidays and excursions. The recreational facilities are so versatile that only one holiday stay will be too short to make an extensive experience. Schonach is your ideal holiday destination throughout the whole year, if you like to hike, to bike, to go skiing or swimming, are looking for recreation in the nature of the Black Forest, like to get to know the famous Black Forest culinary specialities or historical places in the vicinity. If you prefer to be active or only like to let your mind wander: everything is possible in Schonach.
Our non-smoking holiday flat is located above the climatic spa of Schonach/Black Forest within the popular “Terrassenpaark”. A free of charge indoor swimming pool is available. The spacious flat has a ground area of app. 83 sqm and provides sufficient space for a family holiday. The flat is suitable for up to 5 Persons. Please no pets! The living room has a wall unit with fold-out double bed, one 3-seated sofa, one 2-seated sofa with sofatable, TV, stereo unit as well as an extendable dining table with seating. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, including freezer compartment, stove with 4 plates, oven, coffee machine, water heater, microwave, toaster and electrical bread slicer. Cutlery, sufficient glasses and kitchen utensils are provided. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a large wardrobe. In a windowless side room there is another bed with reading lamp and bedside table. In the corridor is located besides the wardrobe a large cabinet with plenty of storage space for your holiday luggage. From the approximately 9 sqm south-facing loggia you will have a magnificent view of the meadows and forests of the Black Forest. Parasol and balcony furniture are also available. The apartment has a free car garage parking space. The apartment is accessible from the underground parking with a lift. For your luggage trolleys are available in front of the elevator. More convenient your holiday can not start! Bedlinen and hand towels included! The basic price does not include visitor’s tax and final cleaning, which is mandatory to be payed.
