Property Description
Our house consists of 3 separate units. Unique location on the “Sudhang” of the Rothaargebirge, in quiet residential area with nice views. Near golf courses, ski slopes, hiking and mountain biking areas. In winter you can b. v. already sunbathe by the beautiful terrace facing south.
The spacious 5 star property with 2 bedrooms (in an emergency, an extra bed in a so-called combi room, see picture) which we rent, is situated on the ground floor, and is approximately 105 m2, has a big terrace with garden and views. The house and garden was renovated in spring 2012, completely renewed and equipped with all the luxuries.
In addition, we have the so-called “ECARF” quality seal received, ensuring a pleasanter with allergies.

The layout is as follows;
Kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet, 2 bedrooms, shower with bath and second toilet.
There is, for example, Kamin (wood stove), washer, dryer and dishwasher.
Beside the house there is a pretty specific storage to store your golf bags, skis, sledges etc.
The entire inventory is renewed, in addition we have a 42 inch Plasma HD TV with Dutch and German HD TV channels.
Furthermore, all facilities in the village are present (about 5000 inhabitants) t. w hospital, supermarkets, outlet store, various medical services, restaurants all within a range of 10 minutes on foot.
Village is known for its half-timbered houses and nice quiet location.

Romantic Sorpetal:
In the Rothaar, 200 meters from our house, surrounded by forests and meadows Bad Fredeburg is the ideal starting point for a hiking, adventure holidays, golf holidays in the Sauerland us! Where Sorpe flows into the Lenne opens the romantic Sorpetal the tip in Schmallenberger Sauerland. On the southern border of the valley Hochsauerlandkruispunt located on a side street between Schmallenberg and Winterberg. Starting with the largest town Holthausen, Bundesgolddorf, Niedersorpe through the hamlet Waldemei with its art gallery and forge & Rellmecke further Mittelsorpe with the oldest chapel in the valley. Then comes Obersorpe, the center of the upper Sorpetal with the indoor hall and Pfarr Church with its unique bell tower. Finally, and second largest town in the valley we reach Rehsiepen. The Kahler Asten are within 5km.
Golf:
Just a few kilometers in Winkhausen located on a mountain plateau, the 18-hole course of the Golfclub Schmallenberg in Winkhausen with the magnificent panorama café. Between 420 and 470 m above sea level you have a fantastic view of the Hunau- and Rothaar
Ski:
Nordic skiing: geprapareerde routes are nearby. Hunau trail 8km and the cross-country center at Westfeld 10 km. Descent Route: Ski lifts are in Schmallenberg (7 km) Hohe Lied 3km ,, the Hunau (8 km) and Altastenberg (16 km). Luge: For tobogganing offer themselves to the heights around Bad Fredeburg. For even more ski slopes Winterberg is a good option, just 25 km from our house.
