The apartment is located in the community Nahetal-Waldau in the district Schleusingerneundorf in the middle of the Thuringian Forest in the immediate vicinity of the Rennsteig with its numerous hiking trails and in winter groomed ski trails and ski lifts.
The apartment is a corner bungalow with about 52 m2 living space. The apartment is equipped with sleeping facilities for up to 4 people (bed and sofa bed) and free Wi-Fi.
In the living room there is a comfortable couch which can be used as a sleeping possibility with a lying surface of approx. 1.40 m * 2.00 m. There is also a 32 ” flat screen TV with satellite TV and integrated DVD player available, as well as a table with 2 benches which can be used as a dining table or for a game night (board games are not part of the equipment of the house).
The kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mini oven and various kitchen utensils. Also, another small sitting / dining area is available.
The bathroom is equipped with toilet and shower and a washing machine. Shower towels are not provided, these must be brought by yourself.
The bedroom has a 1.40 mx 2.00 m box spring bed, wardrobe and a 22 “flat screen TV with satellite TV and integrated DVD player.
An initial equipment is basically provided. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper, sheets for up to 4 people, tea towel and 1 dishcloth. For a flat rate fee of 15 € will be added to the rental price.
On warm days you can use the sitting area in the adjoining garden for barbecues or just to unwind.
The apartment is cleaned before each arrival by a professional cleaning staff. The fee for final cleaning is 35 €.
There are many shops, bakeries, butchers, petrol stations and restaurants within 5 km. The place itself is visited several times a week by a mobile bakery, whose stop is located near the bungalow.
Schleusingerneundorf is a district of the community seamal-Waldau in the district Hildburghausen in the Free State of Thuringia.
The place is located at about 459 ü. NN in the Nahe valley and is surrounded by about 700 m high mountains.
In Schleusingerneundorf there is an outdoor pool, which is filled by a spring emerging there. It is open from June to August. There is a large pool with swimmers and non-swimmers area as well as springboards and a slide, a children’s pool, a volleyball court, a nudist area and a snack bar.
There is also a restaurant, a cafe, a hotel and a hostel in the village which regional dishes or Offer cake.
Numerous branched trails start around the town. In winter, every year a ski trail of a length of about 2km / lap between the hamlets Schleusingerneundorf and Hinternah is groomed.
Schleusingerneundorf is connected to a bus network. The highway 73 can be reached in 4 km, which leads in the direction of Coburg / Nuremberg or Suhl / Erfurt. On public holidays and some weekends, the Rennsteigbahn travels to Schleusingerneundorf, which travels to the Rennsteig train station with historic steam locomotives and historic carriages.
In addition, in the village begins a bike path which leads through the entire community.
