The holiday house is situated at the edge of the town, in a sunny location next to a stream with an open view of the beautiful surrounding nature (mountains and forest). A sunbathing lawn, garden furniture and a grill are at your disposal on the 1500-square-metre property. Lounging in the sitting area near the stream, you can listen to the murmur of the Neubrunn, find rest and relaxation and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The area offers a wide array of options for hikers and cyclists (with a well-maintained network of hiking trails and bike paths) as well as swimmers (with a heated outdoor pool, Ratscher Lake and indoor pools). You can start your hikes right in front of the property. The region has an extensive range of sport and leisure offerings as well as numerous sights and museums.
