This fantastic home in the holiday resort of Süssauer Beach has two floors and is located right on the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the sunlight and the wonderful breeze of the Baltic Sea at the same time on the pretty, lush veranda that can be accessed from the cosy living area. On the first floor, you can access the balcony from two of the three bedrooms and enjoy a view of the meadows that extend till the Baltic Sea right in the morning. This home is also perfectly equipped for a holiday in cooler seasons, as there is a sauna to warm yourselves or a fireplace in the living room to relax after a long walk along the beach. The Süssauer Beach is a long, natural beach. Please note that the major part of the beach is open for dogs to run around. Children have a lot of space to have fun and guests also have a huge playground behind the embankment. For adults, there is a modest beach sauna that provides relaxation, on days when the weather is not condusive. You can make use of the coin laundry and dryer in the service bureau. The fully equipped kitchen with modern induction stove is ideal to enjoy cosy cooking evenings with your loved ones. For coffee lovers, there is also a Sensio® Machine next to the filter coffee machine (please bring along your own pads). The Süssauer Beach offers unique trout fishing routes for anglers. There are also fish fileting space and freezer facilities on the property for shared usage. The Süssauer Beach stands in the wonderful weather zone called East Holstein near the Island of Fehmarn. On the days when the weather is not so pleasant, the area has several destinations that are worth a visit. Some of them are, Großenbrode, the Baltic Sea Spa Resort, the Lake District of Schleswig-Holstein, the Hansa Park in Sierksdorf and the Island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the Noah’s Ark. Also, Denmark is located close by. Well maintained cycling trails lead through the wonderful countryside of Schleswig-Holstein. Children have ample space to have fun in this holiday resort and they can quickly make friends on the huge playground. Since 2016, free wireless internet is available here. Usage is 2 GB per week, per booking and a maximum of 3 devices can be connected. Other houses in this holiday resort are DSH700 ‘ DSH795. Few pictures depict the actual house.
