The apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from the beach. You reach in about 300 meters one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Scharbeutz and the newly designed Dünenmeile (pedestrian zone) with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The apartment is decorated in a duplex style. In the lower area is the spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the south-facing balcony with lounge furniture. The bathroom has a comfort shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available to guests free of charge in the apartment. A space-saving staircase leads to the second level, each with two separate bedrooms. A bed with pullout function (1.80 width) can be found in the first bedroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) and a flat screen TV. Underfloor heating in the entire apartment provides additional comfort. A cot and a highchair are available in the apartment free of charge.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 large LED TV with cable in the living room invites you to exciting movie nights. 1 further LED TV is located in the upper, larger sleeping area. Wi-Fi access and a stereo with Bluetooth function are also part of Entertaiment.

Parking & bicycles
In order to park safely and without a ticket, a parking space is available right in front of the house for your car. Bicycles can be stored dry and safe in the in-house bicycle cellar.
