Property Description
Our holiday home was built in 2017 under building biology aspects. The house is in the village on the edge of the field with beautiful views over the countryside and surrounded by 800 m2 garden area, only 1.5 km from the kurtaxfreien beach in Süssau away.

The house is fully equipped, cozy in country house style, it has 2 bathrooms, the shower room on the ground floor has a barrier-free shower.
location
Süssau is located on the Bay of Lübeck on the eastern edge of Ostholstein, 19 km from the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The seaside resort Grömitz is located about 18 km south of Süssau.
The 2017 newly built house with 122 square meters of living space is located in a small street on the southern edge of Süssau.
In about 15 minutes walk to the pier of Süssau / Heringsdorf. On the small beach promenade are a few small bars and shops. Here also all things of the daily need can be acquired. 1.2 km away in Fargemiel you will find the organic farm shop of the farm community Fargemiel with a large assortment of home-grown vegetables and fruit. (In the village of Grube, 6 km away, you will find ALDI, REWE and EDEKA markets, as well as bakers and butchers.
The region offers many excursion possibilities such. B. City views in Lübeck and Kiel, even Hamburg, Wismar and Schwerin can be reached by car in an hour. Excursion destinations such as the donkey park, Hansa Park, various water parks or the marine center Fehmarn leave no time for boredom. Denmark can be reached by ferry from Puttgarden in 45 min. A good cycling and hiking trail network allows you to explore the region. Also for water sports of all kinds there are many possibilities.
The kurtaxefreie fine sandy natural beach invites you to the north for miles long walks on the imposing cliffs. Although Süssau is located on the Bay of Lübeck, offers a view over the endless Baltic Sea, limited only in the north by the island of Fehmarn. Towards the south, the shore is fastened with many boulders. Further towards the pier, the beach becomes fine sand again. Here you will also find beach chair rentals, restaurants and a children’s playground. Especially families with smaller children will love the shallow beach. Shells, amber and other great beach finds lure in any weather on the beautiful beach. In Süssau you will find peace and relaxation in the first place. You can experience more excitement after a few minutes by car in Heiligenhafen, Grömitz or Timmendorfer Strand.
