The approx. 60m² holiday house is located on the Golfresidenz Grömitz. Not only for golfers it is a pleasure to live here, also for those seeking peace, this oasis offers everything your heart desires. So it is perfectly normal when squirrel, rabbit or deer hurry past the living room window.
Living / dining room is located under the roof. The large window front not only gives the room its size and brightness, but also allows you to see the stars in the evening while lying down.
The attached Golfresidenz is only a 10-minute walk from the village center. The house has free Wi-Fi, a covered car park / carport and a garden with terrace and seating area.
The modern furnished end row house in a very quiet location at the edge of the forest offers a separate sunny living dining area and a well equipped small kitchen with built-up oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster. The house has a modern shower room with hairdryer. The quiet garden is ideal for outdoor dining, depending on the time of day around the house, always in the sun.
In the main house (one minute walk away) there is a swimming pool (12 x 8m), which you can use as a matter of course. The sauna is available for you as a washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee.
Through the nature reserve you reach the beach in about 5-10 minutes by bike.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other bedroom with a family bunk, d. H. a bunk bed with a 140 x 200 cm bed and above a 90 x 200 cm bed.
Furthermore, there is the heart of the house, a spacious living-dining area. A 40 “TV with CD / DVD and Blu-Ray player as well as a Dolby surround system and a selection of DVDs is available in the living room.
Grömitz is an increasingly popular beach resort known for the sandy beaches and fresh air. The village is connected to the beach promenade, the hinterland invites to extensive bicycle tours and horse riding or hiking. The 18-hole golf course as well as 9-hole short course with restaurant and Proshop starts right in front of your doorstep!
