Property Description
Our villa is tucked away in a cul de sac in a quiet residential area. With the exception of the winter garden, all rooms have floor heating. This conservatory can be opened if necessary for outdoor seating under a Japanese ornamental cherry. There is also a barbecue facility. In the back garden invites a cozy beach chair for two people to enjoy the sunset.
The house has cable television with Entertain receiver and free Wi-Fi, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine and dish washer.
The stop for the bus is at the entrance to our impasse.
With the KONUS card, which is included in the tourist tax, guests can use public transport for free and explore the region by train.
Of the individual rooms one has magnificent views of the green pine forests around Schiltach and on the balcony of the parents bedroom
you can soak up the sun undisturbed.
At a distance of 300 meters, a path starts on the heights around Schiltach.
The heated outdoor pool and the tennis court with artificial turf, which can be rented at the tourist office are just 5 minutes away.
