Built in 2010, newly built, exclusive and spacious holiday home is located in a quiet cul de sac in direct field edge location with a beautiful view over the Haffwiesen and is only 450 meters from the beach. The spa, several restaurants and the pier can be reached in a few minutes. The house has been tastefully and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. On the 30 square meter terrace with beach chair and garden furniture, it is wonderful to relax and barbecue. The house has 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x twin beds) and a beautiful open kitchen with absolute full equipment. A large living-dining area with new stove, 4 x LED TV, 1 full bath with a beautiful wooden bathtub, a utility room with washer dryer and another bathroom (shower) are available.
Parking for 3 cars available in front of the house.
The thatched house is equipped for up to 6 people, with small children may stay course in the parents’ bedroom with. Child seats can be provided free!
Non-smokers are welcome! On the terrace is also plenty of room for smokers. As the house is covered with laminate, real wood flooring and tile, especially allergy sufferers will feel at home here. In addition, the large bedrooms are equipped with circuit breakers for a restful sleep.
Whatever the season, with us you will feel certainly well. The house is big enough to spend a rainy day pleasant.
Wireless internet is of course free of charge throughout the hotel for guests. For further entertainment are located in the living room a Blue-Ray player (a small movies on the shelf), a high-quality Bluetooth speakers to stream their favorite music or radio station, as well as a classic B & O music system for CDs.
For the guests is still entertainment via Amazon Prime (some offers on Amazon are chargeable!) and Netflix of course in the price!
Security: All windows are equipped with A 3 glazing (Failsafe!) provided. The lock is on the standard WK 2 (Burglar-resistant).
Activities: to the largest amusement park in Schleswig-Holstein, the Hansa Park in Sierksdorf there are by bike along the beach about 4 kilometers. Right on the beach leads a beautiful bike path with stunning sea views, which will take you about Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer beach, Niendort about Brodtener bluffs in ca 15 kilometers to Travemünde.
Your bikes for this tour, you can in the large garden house (lockable) easily accommodate.
In Scharbeutz the new dunes miles have been opened in 2011. Fish Gosch and the famous Cafe important (the name says it all!)And the new “Bayside Hotel” with its spectacular Meerbar the 4th floor there are always worth a visit. Should the weather not even be so great, even a visit to the Baltic Sea spa Scharbeutz with its two water slides, outdoor pool and sauna theme park is worth.
Lübeck with its historic old town is only about 20 kilometers away and can be reached via the motorway in about 15 minutes.
Since 2018 there is a new, very tastefully furnished cottage for 6 people on the property. This is completely separate and with own parking places, as well as big terrace equipped. If the Friesenhaus is occupied in the period of your desired, please contact me regarding a booking in the new house.
