Scharbeutz and surroundings:
Cheerful people stroll along the long, wide Baltic Sea promenade, enjoy an ice cream here, enjoy a few fresh crepes, stroll along the shop windows.
A few meters further on, the sparkling sea rushes to the fine sand beach, gulls sail around, on the water small boats and big yachts cruise, a white seaside resort is currently docking. In the south of the Bay of Lübeck, in direct proximity to Timmendorfer beach, lies the casual and at the same time lively Scharbeutz. Here you can experience the modern Baltic lifestyle and a very relaxed “Everything is possible, nothing has to” philosophy. The new Scharbeutzer Dünenmeile offers a lot of flair and of course a direct view of the Baltic Sea. It spoils with beautiful architecture, the near beach restaurants and boutiques invite you to shop and dine.
