The house is located only 50 m from the woods edge. Splendid views of the imposing Ötztal and Stubai Alps.
In the immediate vicinity (up to 6 km) are restaurants, shops, swimming pools, tennis courts, mountain railways, kayaking and rafting school, mountain bike tours and rental, canyoning, climbing courses and abundant hiking in the beautiful mountains. Piburger lake (swimming, boat rentals, fishing), warmest lake in Tyrol, is a 45-minute walk from the house. With car of course also possible (about 10 minutes)!
