Near the coast, in the heart of Friesland, we offer you a comfortable modern apartment for short term rent. The apartment begins in a normal two-storey apartment building on the first floor.
All rooms are painted white and have a high quality flooring in wood look. In the two bedrooms you will find two single beds (90×200) and a total of two wardrobes, and comods. The third bedroom with a bed (120) and a chest of drawers, is located separately one floor higher, as an attic room and is accessible from the hallway. This can be booked additionally. The spacious living room (lounge) has a sofa bed with cocktail chairs, and a large dining table. The bathroom has a large shower, a vanity and the toilet; Of course, a hair dryer was not forgotten. In the kitchen is the well-equipped kitchenette, with oven, induction hob, extractor, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, filter coffee machine and cookware and dishes in sufficient numbers. In the storage area you will find iron, ironing board, broom and vacuum cleaner.
Of course, all living and sleeping areas have flat screen TV, as well as Wi-Fi.
All shops, a lot of restaurants, located in the immediate vicinity.
Prices
The prices from the booking platform for the apartment up to 4 persons apply. Each additional person costs 4, – or 5, – € / day.
When using the attic, 8, – € / day fall separately.
Pets by arrangement.
House rule
Since they live in a normal tenement, we ask you to behave as if they live there permanently. In particular, the rest periods must be observed.
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen, otherwise prohibited in the apartment.
The rooms are heated with the help of infrared surface spotlights. Additional brought heaters and fan heaters are not allowed.
Open fire and gas appliances are also not allowed.
Own air conditioners must not be used.
Their moist, cleaned laundry can be easily dried in the attic drying room, or in the spacious courtyard of the row of houses.
Please do not dry them inside the apartment.
You must not use the existing WLAN network for illegal downloads or streaming services. In the case of abnormalities, we will provide your IP address to the public prosecutor’s office as well as to the damaged companies upon request.
We kindly ask you to separate your garbage thoroughly and throw it in only the right barrels for our house entrance number 4.
Leaving the leased property
The apartment is swept clean and free from any garbage left. The apartment can be used until 11:00 am on the day of departure.
All electricity consumers must be switched off.
Just put the keys on the kitchen table and pull the door shut behind you.
