Our apartment is located on the basement floor of our townhouse. The house was built by my grandfather in the 1920s and has ever since been in the ownership of our family. The apartment was completely renovated in 2013. Quiet, yet centrally located, the center can be reached by walking in about 10 minutes.
The apartment has 40 sqm and offers: an entrance with wardrobe, a living room, equipped with a kitchenette, a dining place for 2- 4 persons, and a sofabed for 2, satelite TV; the separate bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, closet and a commode. In the spacious bathroom you find a bathtub to relax and a laundromat. The toilet is separate and has got a second sink. Bed linen and towels are included. As a special service we offer coffee, tea and other basics for free to our guests.
The apartment is the perfect place to relax after an exhausting day of sightseeing or shopping in wonderful Salzburg.
The apartment can also be rented together with Object no. 790866 (depending on availability, rent on demand). Non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed. On request and at extra charge (€ 10,- per day) a parking space can be rented (if available). Possible use of garden. The owner family lives upstairs in the same house and is glad to help if there are questions or problems.
