Property Description
What distinguishes our 2-civil apartment, is the secluded wooden deck with a small flower and herb garden and the absolute quiet, sunny position on a nature reserve. The sights are within a few minutes by bus / car / bike rentals.
Our 2 – room apartment is furnished lichtdurchfutet because of the large reaching to floor glass fronts and with all comfort.
The placed in every room book wood floor with underfloor heating creates a pleasant atmosphere.
We provide 2 bicycles free of charge – the stream as you can in a few minutes along the sights of Salzburg, or explore the cycle-friendly environment.
In a few minutes you can reach the base station of the legendary Unterberg, the Hellbrunn Palace with its zoo and water games, castle Leopoldskron, or walk in the nature reserve, which is on our doorstep.
You can also arrange a group game of table tennis.
Your car is parked free in close proximity to our apartment.

Accessibility: Distance to airport: direct bus every 10 minutes, duration 20 minutes
Airport: 15 minutes by taxi (about 20 €).
The bus stop is reached in about 4 minutes. The bus runs usually every 10 minutes and takes you within 10 minutes to the famous sights in the center.
We provide FREE 2 bikes available. With these you can reach away from roads in 15 minutes from the center or 5 minutes the wonderful park, zoo and water Hellbrunn.
You can park for free about 35 meters from the apartment.
After a short walk from a grocery store within 10 minutes.
Children: We love children!
There is a high chair and a cot available. Children are free or pay only the small amount of € 10, – / night.
Games and Geolino magazines are in the apartment.
