The Sebastiansfriedhof with the Wolf-Dietrich-Mausoleum and the tombs of Mozart’s wife and his father as well as the Mirabell residence and gardens are only a few minutes walk away. As are Mozart’s former home, the Mozartium (University of Music Salzburg) and the opportunity to take a walk on the Kapuzinerberg and enjoy spectacular views over the city and surrounding countryside.
Tip: Thursdays is market day on Mirabellplatz welcoming residences and visitors alike to savour the sights, sounds and culinary delights of seasonal foods and delicacies from the region.
