The approximately 110 square meter apartment is part of a multi-family house with separate entrance, private living area, terrace and parking. The apartment house is located in a secluded location with a 3,000 m² lot. The building was completely refurbished 2014th
Downstairs there is a small wooden terrace, which is oriented to the northwest. From there you have access to the open kitchen and living room. In addition, on the ground floor a bright, large bathroom with large bath and shower. In the first Floor there is a bedroom with double bed and optional bed & breakfast. If necessary, we can provide you with a mattress or sofa bed available.
The kitchen is equipped with: coffee maker, kettle and cooking hobs.
Cutlery, plates and cups are also abundant.
Pets are not allowed here. Smoking is allowed everywhere outdoors.

Pullman City, the “living western town” in Eging am See, is a theme park and amusement park idyllically situated on the Bavarian Forest Nature Park, easily accessible via the A3 between Deggendorf and Passau. WINTER:
Family ski resort Grosser Arber: two 6-seater chairlifts offered, a 6-seater gondola lift and several ski lifts, is an unlimited winter sports fun. Runs of all levels of the Alpine World Cup run to the nursery slope, leading from the summit through snow-covered forests.
Perfectly groomed slopes (partly floodlit), a snowboard fun park and a toboggan run provide fun and action.
The Große Arber is venue for the Audi FIS Ski World Cup ladies.

The apartment is located right at the B85. From there you can start your ideal trip. Bus stop is about 50 meters away.

The second semi-detached house is inhabited by us. As a trained beautician and medical podiatrist I offer you also various cosmetics, foot care and spa treatments!
Smoking is allowed in the apartment NOT!
