In the heart of Dresden, in the old village “Strehlen” we rent a 60 m² holiday home with high-quality, new furnishings.
It is a small house for sole use, with separate entrance and a small terrace, a bathroom with rain shower and toilet, a living room with kitchen and a bedroom.
In our district “Strehlen” meets the construction of Gründerzeitvillen, farmhouses and small inner city architecture. All within an old village center, which borders on the Dresden city center.
You expect the latest standard (underfloor heating, air conditioning, new kitchen appliances)!
The Dresdner district Strehlen was an independent village until the turn of the century. With the arrival of the Saxon crown prince, this, industrial-free district developed very quickly to the trendy district. Nearby you will find the largest city park in Dresden, the “Great Garden” with park railway, botanical garden, gondola pond and beer gardens. Villas and old farmhouses border our street. Discover the city from here! We have several direct bus and tram connections to the center (10 minutes) but also a direct bus to Pillnitz with castle and park or the S-Bahn to the heart of the “Saxon Switzerland” with its legendary mountains and hiking trails.
Around the corner there are small supermarkets, bakers, German, Italian and Greek restaurants.
