You stay in Radebeul-Kötzschenbroda. Radebeul is directly adjacent to the urban area of ??Dresden. The apartment is spacious and bright, mostly furnished with new furniture and equipped with new crockery, cutlery, etc. The bathroom and the kitchen each have a window.
The respective price for the apartment is for 2 people. There is a possibility that 2 more persons stay overnight. The price for the 3rd and 4th Person is 12,00 Euro each.
The stay is possible from one night. This is associated with an administration fee of € 10 for the first person, for each additional € 6.50. Bed linen is included in the price.
For the final cleaning 15, – € will be charged, which are payable on arrival. Furthermore, a deposit of 100, – € is due, which will be refunded after departure.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is on the day of arrival from 16 00 clock available; On the day of departure you should have left the apartment until 14. 00 clock.
The bringing of pets is not excluded after consultation, but is only possible after confirmation by me and it will be charged € 4.50 per night.
A discount grocery store with a bakery and a butcher is 100 meters away. You can also opt for a small traditional bakery – 150 meters from your accommodation. Further shopping facilities, a pharmacy and two financial institutions can be found on Bahnhofstraße, which can be reached in a five-minute walk.
Do you like quaint pubs and small shops? Then you are right in Altkötzschenbroda. In December, a romantic Christmas market awaits you on the first three Advent weekends.
Are you possibly also a fan of Karl May? The Karl May Museum in Radebeul East will surprise and impress you. The same applies to the annual Karl May Festival.
For horse lovers, there is also an absolute highlight: Every year in September, the Stallion Parade of the Saxon State Stud takes place on three weekends.
The central location of your accommodation allows you to use all kinds of public transport: A bus stop to drive to Meissen is just a few meters away. The tram line 4, with which you reach the city center of Dresden in about 30 minutes, is located about 1 km from the apartment. You can continue with the regional train, the breakpoint is also about 1 km away, in the state capital or in the Elbsandsteingebirge or Meissen or Leipzig or … drive. The trip to Leipzig takes a good hour and is possible every hour. Even a day trip to the Czech capital Prague would be an interesting and attainable destination in one day. The possibilities for excursions seem to be endless. Some examples of the surroundings of Radebeul? Moritzburg with its hunting lodge and the Fasanenschlößchen and its pond landscape, the Meissen porcelain manufactory and the cathedral, castle Wackerbarth in Radebeul. Also possible are hikes, also with professional guidance, through the vineyards – started in Diesbar-Seußlitz to Pillnitz, rides with the Lößnitzdackel or a steamboat on the Elbe or you explore the area by bike on the developed Elbradweg.
