In the fully equipped kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, washing machine and coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Tea and coffee are available.
There is a radio with CD player, DVD player and a flat screen TV. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, hairdryer and iron are provided.
The wild green garden and yard with barbecue facilities can be used on request.
A ladies’ and men’s bike are available for 3 euros per day and deposit
Free W-lan on request.
For longer stays, the use of bicycles and a 14-day cleaning of the apartment is included.

The apartment is located in a very central location in Saarbrücken St. Johann. All shops of daily needs such as doctors, banks, bakeries, restaurants, groceries (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Norma) are within walking distance (about 200-300 meters walk).

In Saarbrücken, the Nauwieserviertel (400 meters) and the city center (800 meters) are within easy walking distance. The main railway station is about 1.5 km away.
The apartment is in a convenient location and is very easy to reach by train (4 stations by tram from the main station). In about 200 meters distance there is a tram stop. There is a good transport connection and also bus connection (about 15 min) to the university, the sports college and the Fachhochschulen.
Parking is available within a few meters. In about 200 meters away there is also free parking.
