The apartment is part of a well-kept apartment house in the center of Rußbach in the ski resort Dachstein-West.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartments there are two supermarkets, post office, bank, church, several restaurants, the town hall, tourist office and the ski slope. High leisure facilities in summer and winter for single, couples + families + groups.

The apartment was newly renovated in the spring of 2012.
