The apartment has a living room (30 m²) with a comfortable bed, free wireless, satellite TV, stereo with CD player, dining table, kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee maker, 2 balconies with beautiful views of Watzmann, small hallway, bathroom (shower / WC), wooden staircase from the living room to the gallery (children) with two single beds, behind bedroom with a double bed.

Deposit:
The deposit (€ 200.00) is payable in advance and will be within 14 days after damage-free departure, transferred back to their account.
Dog:
We are a pet friendly apartment. For the accommodation of a dog we allow ourselves only a small fee of 15,00 to calculate € / stay and we consider it important that the four-legged companion is not taken with on the couch or in bed.
Bed sheets towels:
Please note that when booking through the reservation platform no bed linen and towels are included for the rental period.
Should you not want to use their own bedding and towels own, you can optionally, at least 5 days prior to arrival, book now. The price of linen per person and change is € 6.90, for a set of towels (1 large, 1 small) we charge € 2.60 per person and change.
