Cozy, newly renovated apartment in February 2017 with fully equipped kitchen, double bed, cozy sofa and a beautiful balcony in a very well-kept holiday village in the Bavarian Forest, ideal for two people.
In our holiday offer fresh linen, towels and all utilities (electricity, heating, water) and parking are already included!
The holiday village is located on Eixendorfer lake and a golf course, the Schwarzach can be reached in a few minutes. called this delightful region, as the “Green Roof of Europe”, with its lakes, mountains and forests, offers a unique nature experience. Here in the largest contiguous forest landscapes, would with numerous mountain peaks higher than three thousand feet, you can enjoy pure nature.
You have a choice between numerous leisure activities in winter as well as in summer.
In summer, the lakes of the Upper Palatinate Lakeland as Silver Lake, Perlsee, Murner lake or the lake entice Eixendorfer right next to the facility for swimming, fishing, boating, for cycling or hiking. Nordic walking trails for the summer are as numerous signposted as cross-country skiing in winter.
On the directly adjacent golf course beginners can perfect their handicap complete (100% guarantee of success!) and passionate players can spend beautiful golf days here.
Even fans of alpine sports get their money’s worth here: the Hohenbogen with 6 km of ski runs can be reached in about 40 minutes.
Wellness and fitness facilities are just as varied: in the neighboring wellness hotel, external guests can book day spa or you can go with the whole family to the large Aqua-Fit adventure pool in the nearby Waldmünchen.
For your dining pleasure, of course, well taken care of: the gourmet restaurant “Gregor’s” located within walking distance in 50 meters, a cozy inn right on the lake and more hearty inns in the vicinity offer treats for every taste and budget.
The apartment is offered without breakfast, but you can always reserve your breakfast in the bistro of the complex, in “hole 19”.
The apartment is ideal for two people or for two people with a child (please bring your own travel cot). Dogs on request.
W-Lan is in the whole area for a fee.

Bright and friendly living room with double bed (1.80m), large SAT TV with radio, sitting area, balcony, well-equipped kitchenette with 2-burner stove, fridge, sink, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and cookware, cutlery, bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer. The apartment is ideal for two people.
Parking, electricity and heating costs, as well as bed linen and towels are already included in the rental price!
For the final cleaning we charge 30 €, payable locally (regardless of the length of stay).
