Small apartment
The well-maintained white sandy beach is just a stone’s throw away and the garden is right in front of your separate front door. In the quiet, lovingly and modern furnished, cozy little apartment you will find peace and comfort. On the very private, sunny garden terrace you will find teak garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as another patio for breakfast in the sun. From the terrace you enter directly into the bright kitchen with a large table, a cozy kitchen bench and a wicker chair. There is a fully equipped kitchenette here. In the quiet bedroom you will find another sitting area with 2 comfortable armchairs for reading or watching TV. Here also has a travel cot without further space. In addition, there are a shower room and a small hallway in the apartment. Free internet access. 1 bike for shopping is at your disposal and plenty of space for your own bikes, surfboards etc.
Whether for two – ideal with toddler because of the proximity to the beach and the private terrace and the garden in front of the door – in the small ground floor apartment or six in the large first floor apartment with a view to the sea – both domiciles are clearly and lovingly furnished. The immediate beach makes the quiet location of this typical North German old villa even more attractive – and there are no parking fees, because your cars are of course free of charge in front of your apartment on the private property. Walk to the lively town center for 10 minutes along the beach promenade or along the elegant Park Street, or simply take the bicycle that is available to you during your stay – very popular in the morning from the Brötchenholer restaurant. Golfers reach an attractive 27-hole course etc. in 5 minutes.
Voyagers can leave their car for free on the property during the time of their voyage
Sufficient space for bicycles, strollers, surfboards etc is also on our property.
Arrival: Coming from Berlin A19 direction Überseehafen, then through the Warnowtunnel (toll!). After about 1 km turn right towards Warnemünde, at the end of the city motorway at the 2nd Traffic light left towards Bad Doberan (here are already shopping opportunities to see). Next traffic light turn left into Parkstraße (parallel to the Baltic Sea). After approx. 800 m there is the number 43 on the left side. — Or: Coming from Hamburg A20 until exit Rostock West / Warnemünde. Follow the motorway into the city highway until the end. At the 2. Traffic light left towards Bad Doberan … s. O.
If you arrive by train, we may pick you up, of course, by car. 200m from our front door, the bus goes in short time intervals in all directions.
