Our house, in which the apartment is located as a granny flat, is 1.6 km from the station. Hope Valley, from where you drive in 25 minutes to the cathedral or the fair. It is located in a residential area near the forest, close to marked trails. The Bergisch offers great scenery, fresh air, a lot of activities … Town. The apartment invites you with beautiful light at any time of day, underfloor heating, wooden floorboards and a box spring bed (160cm) for two. Great for couples and solo travelers. On a Ausklappsofa to two more persons can be accommodated.
The approximately 40 square meter apartment consists of a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette and dining table and two connected rooms between which there is no door. Through one of these rooms you a present yourselves – here is a large sofa bed for another two persons. In the larger room there are bed, TV and dresser. The rooms are very bright due to floor to ceiling windows and the (milk glass) door.
In front of the apartment there is a beautiful sun terrace since May 2018, on which balmy summer evenings can be enjoyed well.
We are happy to be reached by mobile during your stay. The apartment is also part of our own house, so we (family with three children) will definitely meet us outside. The apartment looks in our front yard and on our street, a dead end with little traffic.
Neighborhood / connection
Our street is just outside the village center of Hoffnungsthal. It is very quiet here and really relaxed. can be parked on the street outside the house. The train station is 1.6 km away. Unfortunately, there is no reliable connection by bus to the apartment. Collection is possible but on request. To our street and especially to our house is uphill. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible for wheel.
Hoffnungsthal
Our site is one of three districts of Rosrath and the first village east of Cologne, where it is nice mountainous. Here live about 4 000 inhabitants, divided over the valley and the surrounding villages in the hills. There is a large pool, several very nice restaurants (Bagatelle, Lehmbacher Hof, lead Hof), a large supermarket, several bakeries, some hairdressers, bookshop, travel agencies, opticians, Dekoläden, several bakeries – just a little more than usual. And not quite Important: the hope Thaler station, which is connected with the RB 25 from Gummersbach to Cologne. The Cologne / Bonn airport is 20 km away, by car or by train easily accessible (with change).
