It is located in the holiday home area of ??local Rosehagen close to the beach. The house stands on an approximately 550sqm large, fenced plot with a garden. The grounds include a garden house where you can leave your bicycles and beach toys during your stay.
The house has a size of approx 145qm and is spread over 3 floors. In the ground floor is the living area and dining area with an open kitchen, as well as the guest toilet and the utility room where you also find the washing machine. On the first floor are the two master bedrooms each with a Boxspringdoppelbett in measure 200 * 200cm. And the bathroom with integrated sauna and relaxation room. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and sunsets and the passing ships marvel. The children will feel the floor. feel most comfortable. there are two single rooms, each with a box spring in measure 140 * 200cm. The house is very well suitable for 6 people. Relax after a nice walk on the beach in the sauna and pamper yourself with a drink in our chill out room spoiled. In the dark winter months you can enjoy our fireplace, fireplace lighter and firewood available on site and of course included.
The highlight of the holiday home is directly located near the beach. The natural beach (Kurtaxefrei) is crowded at any time of year and offers all active enough space for football, beach ball and badminton. Also water sports such as surfers, kiters, swimmers and surfers get their money.
