The luxuriously furnished, cozy 85 m² – apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the ground floor of a brand new 2-storey 5-family house in a south facing position (living room and terrace area). The apartment – furnished with new furniture and high-quality consumer electronics and nicely decorated – delighted our guests. Take a look at the many meaningful images of the interior, the terrace and the garden.
As far as possible you will be welcomed personally. Late arrivals will find your keys in a key-safe, for you will get the access code.
Your car then adjust comfortably and safely in the garage now and take the elevator to the front door of your holiday residence.

All rooms are equipped with external blinds (also darken during the day) and underfloor heating. The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. The living rooms and bedrooms are designed with hygienic, homely design, floor, the other rooms with elegant Italian tile. Here is a further dining area with a table for 4-6 people ready, ideal for breakfast or a quick snack between meals.
The Bedroom 1 – 14 sqm:
In 180x200cm large double bed with comfortable mattresses, summer and winter duvets you will sleep comfortably and relax – or can watch TV with the SMART TV on the opposite wall. A 3m wide wardrobe offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. A laptop safe ensures the safety of your valuables.
The bedroom 2 / office / playroom – 12 sqm:
The bedroom 2 is combined according to your wishes usable. In addition to the bedroom for up to 2 people on a 80x200cm large single bed and one is beneath it, equal another bed you can pull out when needed, offers this space and place for your kids as a playroom (wide range of toys available). Extensive information, cycling and hiking maps, city maps and timetables are available for your excursions. Our vacation Library, a collection of games and a CD and DVD library use likes to control when you want at home enjoying your holiday times.
Child Facilities:
2 children’s travel cots for EUR 5.00 / day.
2 children’s high chairs, changing table with mattress and a chamber pot are available for free.
Children’s toys, games and children’s books are available for free.
If necessary, we will gladly try to organize a babysitter.
Cleaning:
For unavoidable holiday lingerie you a convenient washer and dryer are in the basement free of charge. The other cleaning equipment such as iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and vacuum cleaner can be found in the utility closet.

There are 2 bicycles for free use available. More bikes can be rented on site.
