The cozy feel-good apartment is located in the rose garden, just outside Hamburg (about 25 minutes by car to Hamburg Central Station). Rosengarten is a municipality in the district of Harburg and is located on the outskirts of Hamburg. The district Ehestorf is an exclusive residential area, which is characterized by large detached houses with even larger forest land. As you can see on the aerial photo, the place is practically in the middle of the forest. Clean air, no through traffic and thus peace, quiet, peace are guaranteed.
Feel-good atmosphere!
We have the apartment in February 2018, except for kitchen and bathroom, completely new equipped. New beds, new TV, new pictures, new accessories, new kitchen equipment and much more. We love the sea, the Elbe and the Port of Hamburg are only 20 minutes away by car, reasons enough to give our feel-good apartment a maritime flair. You will immediately feel comfortable and be amazed by the ambience. It is a non-smoking apartment.
Private retreat
In the building, there are two more units, with long-term tenants. You reach the apartment, in the basement, through a separate entrance door, which is located next to the garage, where the long-term tenants park. Your car park is right on the small road, as shown on one of the pictures. Your privacy is guaranteed.
