The building was built in 19th century and has been completely renovated in the year 2011. The apartment presents beautiful views of Riga City center and Esplanade Park. Perfect for 2 people, fine for 3, possible for 4 – although a tight fit. A stove and oven are provided in the kitchen. The apartment is equipped with broadband Internet accessible though either Wi-Fi or cable. Flat-screen TV with 100+ cable channels and a washing machine are available. All necessary bed linen and towels are provided for free.
A security deposit of 40€ will be charged at check in and returned to you at check out if no damages have been made to the property.
