The holiday home offers accommodation for up to five people with a living area of 100 square metres. This consists of an approximately 40 square metres big, very bright living room with a glass facade towards the Elz brook, a large bedroom with a double bed and a covered veranda, a small room for one person with a single bed, a lovely fitted kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. In a separable part of the large living room, the second sofa can be used as an additional double bed.
The house sits on a well-kept countryside lot with access to the Elz brook, immediately adjacent to the property of the owner family.
