Property Description
We invite you to spend time in our apartment. It can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom and a small terrace.
The beds are made, towels available.
Our house dates from 1938 and was completely refurbished in 2016/17.
The furniture is modern but cozy. A TV and free Wi-Fi are of course also available.
Our house is located in Rieden, a small town in the Eifel. Here you will find a varied cultural landscape with fields, meadows and lots of forest. The area is characterized by volcanism. The Laacher See is still an active volcano, which only “sleeps”. In our village itself is also a lake, a small reservoir.
After a short drive you can reach attractions such as Castle Bürresheim or Castle Olbrück. Not far away are also the historic towns of Monreal, Mayen or Andernach. Not quite as historic but also a great destination is the Nürburgring, as a racetrack and adventure center. (Also for bikers our house is a good starting point).
In Rieden there is a bakery for the physical well-being, where also other food is offered and a butcher’s shop. At restaurants you can choose between the Landgasthaus Silberdistel, the Seehütte or a pizzeria.
