The wooded hills of the Black Forest with Feldberg and Titisee (45 minutes each). The boat cruise on the Schluchsee or the Upper Rhine (40 minutes each). And the Swiss Alps are only one to two hours drive away. So as well as the narrow lanes of the Basel old town or the Black Forest city of Freiburg.
