Property Description
Our house exists since 2015 and was built about 1650. It is located in the old center of Flörsheim-Dalsheim (Nieder-Flörsheim) and has been in our possession since 1986. Since then much has been built; the most in-house and accordingly with great attention to detail, but certainly not perfect.
For your holiday you have about 100 m² of living space for 1 to 4 people for sole use available.
You will find on the ground floor:
• Living room with cable TV, DVD player, radio and reading area
• fully equipped kitchen with dining area
• Guest WC
• Washer and dryer for free use
upstairs:
• 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180cm)
• Daylight bathroom with bath, shower and toilet
There is also a garden with a covered patio, a parking space in front of the house and a garaging for bicycles.
If required, we can provide you with a cot available.
In the interest of all guests, pets are not allowed.
Towels, bed linen, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry detergent are of course available.
Children up to 2 years stay free, for children up to 17 years we charge a surcharge of 10.00 € per night.
For occupancy with 2 adults in 2 double rooms we charge a one-time surcharge of 20 €.
Flörsheim-Dalsheim is located in the picturesque Wonnegau and is one of the largest wine-growing areas in Rheinhessen; In the Guinness Book of World Records, our village is listed as the most awarded wine growing town of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Worth seeing is the stain wall from the 15th century (historical guided tours) and “tasty” the many delicious wines.
Many beautiful cycling and hiking trails require you to sporting high performance. You prefer to take it easy?
Worms, Speyer, Heidelberg and other cities are within easy reach. There you can “surrender” to the culture or shop – according to your taste.
The German Wine Route attracts with its picturesque places. From Bockenheim in the north to Alsace in the south, it offers over 80 km a scenic route for car or bike.
