The history of the house:
Charles-Pierre lived during his artistic guest professor at the FH Trier in home Mechtelstrasse. 4
He expressed his enthusiasm for design and the finer things in life as Be-spirit-ng in this house.
This spirit is named design Four.
After studying ARCHEOLOGIE ET ??HISTOIRE DE L’ART
at the Sorbonne in Paris and obtaining Master and Doctorat Charles-Pierre devoted himself to the study of philosophy and Bauhaus design and wrote scientific articles on esoteric effect of Bauhaus architecture in the 70s, Jimi Hendrix, Joseph Beuys, Flower- Power and Woodstock.

Your holiday home “Design Vier” is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Trier, the oldest city in Germany.
Trier and the Moselle are among the most attractive German holiday destinations. But you can not only experience history in Trier, because of the wonderful, natural landscape, the Mosel region also offers the perfect holiday.
Due to its proximity to Luxembourg and the international flair prevailing there, you will find an interesting combination of nature, adventure and relaxation.
In the vicinity there are great hiking and biking trails, for example, the Roman Trail, the Moselsteig or the Moselradweg.
House rules:
For the duration of the stay the guest receives a house as well as a room key. The handover of keys is carried out on arrival after agreement by the owner or a designated person. The room / house can be used on arrival from 14:00 clock and must be vacated before 11:00 clock on departure day to be.
Final cleaning is included in the rent. Where possible, the kitchen should be left on departure in a state in which you have also found.
The guest is obliged to any damages incurred during the stay – as soon as possible, at the latest on departure – from any cause. He is liable for self-inflicted damage during its use in full.
