Your holiday home “La petite maison” is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Trier, the oldest city in Germany.
Trier and the Moselle are among the most attractive German holiday destinations. But you can not only experience history in Trier, because of the wonderful, natural landscape, the Mosel region also offers the perfect holiday.
Due to its proximity to Luxembourg and the international flair prevailing there, you will find an interesting combination of nature, adventure and relaxation.
In the vicinity there are great hiking and biking trails, for example, the Roman Trail, the Moselsteig or the Moselradweg.
House rules:
For the duration of the stay the guest receives a house as well as a room key. The keys are handed over on the day of arrival by agreement of the landlord or a commissioned person. The room / house can be used from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
The final cleaning is included in the rent. If possible, the kitchen should be left on departure in a state in which you have found them.
The guest is obliged to report any damage incurred during the stay – no matter what the cause – as soon as possible, but at the latest on departure. He is liable for self-inflicted damage during its use in full. In case of loss of the house and / or room key, the guest is liable with 100, – Euro, as the cylinder and key must be replaced.
For short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities such as electricity, water, gas, the landlord can not be held liable, a price reduction is excluded. The same applies to force majeure.
A change in the equipment of the room / house is reserved to the landlord.
The landlord is not liable for the valuables and property of the guests.
Pets are not allowed in the house and in the rooms for the protection of allergy sufferers. This affects both your own, as well as pets of your visitors during the stay.
“Clay feeling” is a Non smoking house. Smoking in the house and in the rooms is therefore prohibited.
Internet access via WLan is possible after consultation with the landlord.
The landlord or a commissioned person is entitled to the house and the rooms if necessary in consultation with the guest z. B. For short-term repairs become necessary or similar. to enter.
