This simple yet charmingly furnished home is located in an ideal position with regard to the many sights in the heart of the volcanic Eifel. You have the first floor of the house, where the very friendly resident lives. The location is ideal because there are many walking and cycling paths in the immediate vicinity. Daun is located on the small River Lieser in the volcanic Eifel. Around Daun there are many forests and walking paths. Just outside of Daun there are three volcanic lakes very near each other, the "Gemundener Meer", "Weinfelder Meer", and the "Shcalkenmehrener Meer". There is also a volcano museum in Daun.
