In a splendid landscape of Mecklenburg, not far from the Baltic Sea (15km), you’ll find in our holiday ome rest and relaxation. With meticulous attention to detail and tastefully decorated, our vacation home exudes warmth and comfort. On two floors you can enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of the splendid view on the gently rolling glacial landscape.
The cottage has a private terrace, from which they have a beautiful view of the adjacent farmer’s garden. This contains the ingredients for small and large chefs.
Further Details: One bedroom is a combined living-bedroom. The owner (a family of 2 adults and 2 children) lives next door, but completely separate.
In the House you’ll enjoy all the amenities you are accustomed. Nevertheless, we’ll give you a small glimpse enter into the supply of the Holiday hous.
The house and the hot water is heated in a mordern wood heating and solar panels. If both Systems out of work, an oil heating system will do the above-mentioned tasks.
Regarding the power supply, we run a 6.8 kWp photovoltaic system. It is technically possible to use the self-generated electricity. That does not mean you have to be lit after sunset, the candles. Arms for sun hours and at night we can purchase electricity from green power providers ‘Lichtblick’. Thus the total consumed electricity comes from renewable sources.
Pets: Basically, it is difficult to accommodate pets on the property or in the house. We would like but please inform us of your desire but because it – but only by prior arrangement – for certain pets is quite possible.
Sports activities: For jogging, walking, hiking and running, the environment is very well suited.
