Discover easy going holidays in our south facing `Landhaus Franziskus`. Let yourself getting treated by our hospitality, in a warm and quiet atmosphere. On a slight slope southbound orientated, you will enjoy your free view onto the surrounding mountains and the village of `Reit im Winkl`. An only 5-minute walk will take you straight to the center of `Reit im Winkl` and/or to the wide net of mountain-walk-options. You will discover generously outfitted apartments (24 – 60 m2 ) for up to 4 people. Children are much welcome, dogs as well after prior permission. The apartments contain a telephone, a flat screen, big balconies to enjoy the sun, Radio/CD-Player and multifunctional equipped kitchens with microwaves, kettles, coffee machines and partly dishwashers. We have a new designed wellness-area with Sauna, Infrared-Cabin, rain showers, heated ergonomic sun loungers, etc. Our special service for you: fresh rolls for your breakfast delivered to your apartment early in the morning. Alternatively, you can enjoy a broad buffet breakfast at our Partner Hotel `Edelweiss`. Our guests have free entrance to the local indoor-and outdoor pools in `Reit im Winkl`, `Kössen` and `Walchsee`, free access to the famous `Winkelmoosalm` (Alp) and during wintertime free skiing at the local resort `Benzeck`. Additionally, lots of discounts for cable cars in our area, local events like concerts etc. Of course, we provide free wireless during you stay.
