Our modern and well maintained cottage with private garden and veranda is located in a sunny and quiet location with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. It has a size of 60 m2, consisting of: 1 kitchen, 1 living-dining room with satellite TV, Internet and exit to the balcony facing south, 2 separate walk-in bedrooms, 1 shower room with toilet, bidet, and vanity, storage room, Ski boot dryer, garden with covered porch and parking. You live with ourselves and thus will not be disturbed by other guests.
If desired, you spoiled the baker in the morning with fresh pastries. Just behind the cottage you have the opportunity for extensive walking and hiking trails.
On our paved bike path (R3) along the Gailflusses you can take relaxing tours to be overcome without great effort. If you prefer mountain biking, has the opportunity to ride on our surrounding pastures and even further south to Italy there. Along the Gailflusses flowing only 10 minutes within walking distance from the cottage, there are beautiful and especially quaint bathing and barbecue areas. Children especially love Gail because they can let their imagination run wild as you play.

The combination of mountains and lakes diversity brings with it plenty of variety. The sound environment awakens new energies. Our valley is located south of the Alps and thus directly on the border with Italy. It belongs in summer and winter is among the most versatile holiday destinations in the Alps.

In winter, Carinthia’s largest ski resort Nassfeld-Hermagor 30 cable cars and lifts with a total of 110 km of slopes for all abilities. In addition, the region scores with 150 km of winter hiking trails, snowshoeing u. V. M.
