Big vacation home in debt at the Ahr!
In the Ahreifel located, it is only about 50 minutes from Cologne and Bonn.
Our house was built in 1870th It is beautifully renovated, nicely decorated and very cozy. The Ahr makes a loop around the City of guilt as an omega sign and the house is right on the river, but also about 10m about the middle of the sweet town that has a bakery, a small fresh produce market and restaurants.
All around there are plenty of beautiful trails for walking, hiking or cycling. Among other things, the Ahrsteig and the Red Wine Trail.
The house offers 4 to 20 people. There are six bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor (ground floor), two are in the first OG and two (one is an interconnecting room) are located on the second floor.
The bedroom no. 1 on the ground floor has a very good double bed (200 x 200cm). Bedroom no. 2 has a very good oak double bed (180 x 200cm) and twin beds (90 x 200cm). The two bedrooms on the first OG come with a very good double bed (160 x 200cm) and twin beds (90 x 200cm).
One bedroom on the second OG has a very good double bed (160 x 200cm) and the second bedroom has two queen beds (140 x 200cm).
In addition, you can of course bring your dormitories and several classroom No. 1 on the ground floor (54sqm) sleep.
Bathrooms are in the ground floor (shower, 2 toilets, 1 urinal and 2 sinks), in. 1 OG (two great bathrooms, one with bath, incl. Shower + toilet; one with separate bath and shower + toilet). In the second OG is there again a very small bathroom with toilet and shower.
In the large living / dining area (Classroom No. 2, 54sqm) with open, fully equipped kitchen (4-flammiges ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine and double-circuit espresso grinder, etc.) and wood-burning fireplace, you will spend your time with pleasure. The two very large tables (for up to 5.40m long) can accommodate up to 20 people.
A special highlight is the classroom no. 1 on the ground floor, with its new stove and draped seating area, suitable for comfortable sitting or reading, it is perfect as a game room with the large pool table (with the table top as a large game table to use) and the professional football table (brand Ulrich) available.
A high-end HIFI system (Dynaudio Contour 2 MK II speakers, Marantz amplifier, Marantz CD players) are already there, so you can relax with wonderful music of your choice.
The large living / dining room and in bedroom 3. 1 OG are also very good HIFI systems (Audio Physic speakers + Teac amplifier + Sony CD player, Quadral speakers + Yamaha amplifier + Marantz CD player) are available.
On the terrace / the garden (about 50 square meters) with great views over the Eifel and the Ahr, you can let the evening sun shine in the face or the newly created outdoor sauna, with plunge pool for cooling or the hottub (hot bath / bath tub) at approx Use 40 degrees water temperature (please check the costs under “Rental prices”).
