The house is located in a wonderful, large, park-like garden with a covered terrace, patio under large trees with barbecue and div. Play equipment for the children. Next door the sheep are grazing ….
You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay outdoors for yourself and your children.
You enter the house through the old style with antique chest, grandfather clock and closets equipped hallway. From there you enter the large cozy kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, espresso machine …. 2 bedrooms with double beds and a small room with sofa bed for 2 people will allow you a pleasant stay for up to 6 guests.
The bathroom is very spacious with shower and bath.
In the living room, with a wonderful view of the garden, you can make yourself comfortable, TV, internet access, free Wi-Fi, div board games and children’s games shorten the time when the weather does not play along.
Families with children as well as those who like to relax, who appreciate the rural surroundings with their leisure time activities, will feel well!
The kids will find plenty of space to play and have fun in the meadows by the house – the parents enjoy and laze around on the terrace or in the deck chair on the quiet lawn behind the house.
On the well-developed, marked cycle path network for the ambitious driver or leisurely with Ebike you can explore the Oberbergische or you enjoy the innumerable hiking trails
… and if there is snow in winter, you will find ski slopes with lifts, toboggan runs and groomed trails in the log cabin 3 km away.
Of course, business people / fitters are welcome. For a longer stay we offer separate conditions.
Sinspert, a place with a village character, located near the A4 is a convenient starting point for many excursions.
During the summer months, visit the dams in the area.
In the immediate vicinity, the health resort Eckenhagen, with various tourist attractions such as swimming pool, sauna, spa gardens, the well-known “monkey and bird park”, restaurants and cafes. Further afield, the new treetop path “Panabora” and, ultimately, the surrounding cities such as Cologne, Bonn, and Dusseldorf can be reached in less than an hour.
