The following description you can see that the apartment is ideal for 2 people and sufficient for 4 people. Our price is independent of the number of guests. He stays that way if you have more needs. Space would be enough. Only additional sleeping arrangements (eg Air mattress) you would have to bring your own.
With such a need, however, prior consultation with us would be required to exclude any possible abuse.
On demand for a manageable extra charge would also be a 9-square meter gazebo with sleeping accommodation for 2 people on the house plot ready (that would be so to speak, the variant “luxurious living with camping plus”.).
As description:
The 2016 modernized apartment in Riegling, located directly on the Danube, is about 6 km from the Regensburg Old Town, this is accessible by motorway or by bike over the pedestrian / railway bridge in 15 minutes.
There is also a bus stop 200 meters away.
Within 3 to 6 minutes by car, gas station, supermarket, traditional bakers and butchers as well as several Bavarian inns, but also our “Greek” and a pizzeria can be reached.
On foot you are in one direction in 5 minutes at the marina and in the other direction in 10 minutes in the “climbing forest”.
A walk to the confluence of Naab and Danube (“Naabspitz”) through contemplative Kleinprüfening “costs” you back and forth 1 hour.
Your holiday home offers 75 sqm upscale living standard with full equipment for your daily needs. In addition, free and high-performance WLAN and SAT TV.
The apartment offers the greatest possible brightness and an architecturally contemporary openness. Of course, you can still “lock in” in the bedroom and, of course, in the bathroom as well.
In addition to the bedroom with double bed are in the living room 2 large corner sofas, both of which can be used as additional sleeping arrangements.
The new fitted kitchen is up to date and of course has a ceramic hob and oven and a dishwasher.
The dining table for 4 people directly on the floor to ceiling windows is located next to the semi-open kitchen in the living area.
The bathroom has a bath or the accessible, spacious shower.
In a separate chamber you have a washing machine and a user-friendly cordless vacuum cleaner and a wet-dry vacuum cleaner in the entrance area, a large wardrobe.
Due to the underfloor heating and the resulting radiator, the windows could be designed floor-to-ceiling. You can therefore step out of the kitchen, living room and bedroom directly onto the terraces (total approx. 40 sqm).
All window elements have electric blinds for convenient operation.
The approximately 200-square-meter garden (which you use alone) with natural pond allows you then equally equally relaxation and “distance”.
The pond is not a swimming pond, but walkable. Due to its depth of 1.50 m, it is ideal for spontaneous full body cooling. With water runners, dragonflies and frogs is reliably agreed that our dear guests are not bitten by them.
You will appreciate the fact that the apartment does not heat up unpleasantly even in high temperatures, when you return home from your day trips. And if you just do not want to do anything for a day, you have the choice between sunny and shady places (as long as the sky over Regensburg allows it …) because of the location, the garden and the two terraces.
Garden furniture for both terraces, sun lounger, parasol and a charcoal grill are available for free as well as 1 in-house bike.
Your car parking space is located on the property entrance next to your garden.
Children are welcome, but it is also in this context on the pond depth, a liability on our part is excluded.
If you want to bring a pet, we ask for prior consultation.
For smoking, only the outdoor areas should be used if possible.
For bookings of 7 nights or more, you benefit from a discount i. H. V. 10% (excluding utilities) from the first day.
For long-term tenants from 28 nights special conditions apply, for October guests, the price per night is generally € 10, -.
The final cleaning fee (€ 25, -) can be omitted on request and will be paid back in cash if you leave the apartment not only – as usual in apartments anyway – as found, but also would be willing to change sheets and towels (without Washing is understood).
