The apartment is located in a quiet area right by the Schwabelweiser Park. The apartment has comfortable and modern furnishings. Directly in front of the house is a small playground. The apartment also features a large balcony (about 20 sq.m.) with furniture and a parasol. The garden has a small pond with goldfish. Children can burn off some energy in the adjacent park. The house offers a wellness oasis: Here you can book a wellness massage, medical pedicure with foot and leg massage, foot chakra massage, foot reflexology or a beneficial cosmetic treatment. The city centre of Regensburg is roughly 5 km away. You only need to walk approx. 100m to the bank of the Danube if you want to relax and chill out at the beautifully arranged beach. On summer evenings people gather at the barbecue to have fun and socialise. You can meet up and enjoy a glass of wine, sparkling wine or beer together. Stroll along the beautiful Danube river and to the Danube shopping centre (3 km) without encountering any traffic. In the immediate vicinity you’ll find shopping opportunities, stores, restaurants and much more. Swimming pool Westbad (8 km), the famous Valhalla (5 km). The region has many attractions. Book a river cruise on the Danube or explore Regensburg’s attractive old town. This district has lots of cafes and shops. The Bavarian Forest is about 60 km away. Bicycles are available free of charge for an enchanting tour on the bike path, which runs along the Danube. You’ll see multiple nice beer gardens along the way. Spend a wonderful and relaxing holiday in this lovely apartment directly at the Donauauen (Danube wetlands) National Park.
