The comfort holiday home for large families has 2 self-contained dwelling units in the ground and 1st floor. Upstairs. The internet is usable everywhere. The staircase to the upper living area can be reached via the hallway on the ground floor.
The ground floor area has a large, inviting living / dining room with winter garden and fireplace. In front of the living area are the furnished terrace and the garden. The kitchen is equipped with built-in wardrobes and dining table and offers a lot of comfort with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and all electric appliances. On this floor are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC, one even with bathtub and bidet. The parents’ bedroom has a double bed and a flat-screen TV integrated in the wardrobe. There is also a children’s room with a bunk bed and another bedroom with a single bed. There is a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing utensils in the housekeeping room.
The apartment on the first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with built-in oven and dishwashers as well as various small appliances. It has a direct balcony access and offers a dining area for four people. In the two bedrooms with double bed, one of them additionally with pull-out sleeping couch, can accommodate a total of 6 people. The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet, in addition, a guest toilet with bidet is available.

The proximity to the Baltic Sea, the uninterrupted furnishing and the high standard make the villa a premium destination for holidays with the large family or for groups. The youngest, for the children high chair and travel trip stand, here child-friendly and seniors and disabled people almost without barriers. Up to 2 pets may be brought (plus 10 € / Ov per pet).
For the safety, the comfort and the pastime of the guests are to be emphasized: 2 garages, intercom, electric roller blinds in front of the bedrooms and several flatscreen TVs and DVD players for the multimedial pastime. Wireless internet is included.
Pets are welcome on request and for a small fee. Guests are kindly requested to smoke in the house and use the terrace and the balcony.

The price is valid for the occupancy of two to eight persons including additional costs. Each additional person 25,00 € per night including bed linen. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The payment of the tourist tax is made upon arrival.

Room service – includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
Tourist tax – the settlement of the tourist tax is made upon arrival. The health tax is € 2.10 per person per day for all persons aged 16 and over in the period from 01. 05. – 30. 09. Each year, reduced from 50% handicap is 1.00 euro and in the time from 01. 10 – 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
