The house is located right in the center of Rauris. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a large playground are located in the immediate vicinity. Intersport Pirchner ski and bike rental are situated in the house. The cable car station of the Hochalmbahnen is about 400m.
The apartment is bright, friendly and comfortably furnished. It features a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed area, a bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathroom is also equipped with an infrared cabin and an electric towel dryer.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV (flat screen), a well-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer). Towels and sheets are provided.
A splendid view of the beautiful mountain panorama offers through the newly built roof windows. The family-friendly garden with barbecue can be often used. Children can play safely in the garden, while parents can let the day sociable.
