Surroundings
The Goldgrube Rauris is located on the edge of the village Bucheben. Wonderfully quiet, low traffic, audible silence but rich in opportunities for a nice summer holiday or a snow-sure winter holiday. The Raurisertal was in the Middle Ages one of the world centers of gold mining. Everywhere you can still find traces of this time. The house is built on the spot where the last professional goldman of his trade has gone. Today, the house owes its nickname to this activity.

Papaver for 2-4 persons (50 m²)
Papaver has an entrance hall, living room with fireplace for the coziness.
The living room gives onto the large terrace, over the terrace you get into the garden. There are several terraces, a pool and a tennis court which is free of charge for our guests.
For entertainment there is free Wi-Fi and cable TV, with a rich selection of German TV channels.
The separate double room is equipped with a wardrobe, bedside lamp and radio. Next door is a small adjoining room with a floor bed.
In the kitchen you will find 4 electric hobs, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Also in the kitchen my has a corner with a dining table.
Of course, a shower / WC is available.
If required (and availability) you can rent an extra double room with shower and toilet for € 15, – per night.
On the terrace you can enjoy the view and in the morning breakfast or evenings to end the day quietly.
For the winter guests there is a ski locker with boot dryer. In summer you can park your stroller and co.
In house there is a sauna with a large relaxation room with showers. In the sauna you will also find an infrared cabin for those who do not want it so warm. Our rustic Goldwäscherstube and is covered with old wood. Gross Family or group can chat, play games or play piano according to their daily activity.
For family with small children we have one or more cots, high chairs and a baby bath. In winter, we are happy to provide a few toboggans free of charge for the children. In the garden the children can do a little sledging, snowman making or Iglo. Because we are on the subject of children, in summer we have a children’s playground with a play tower, swing, seesaw and trampolines.
If the clothes are dirty then you can leave your laundry.

In Rauris you can make many interesting hikes in the Hohe Tauern National Park. For inexperienced or experienced there is a wide selection. In winter, winter sports buses from Holland and Germany travel to Zell am See. From there or from the station Taxenbach / Rauris we will pick you up.
Prices for occupancy of 2 persons. Each additional person (up to 4 persons) € 10, – per person and night. For availability extra bedroom € 15 per night. For persons over 15 years Energy & Tax contribution € 3.50 per day.
For Christmas / New Year’s Eve and Carnival week and in July and August only SA-SA is rented per week.
Pets are welcome, dogs € 4,00 per dog per night.
